<DIV>Anyone else find it annoying that the Deathrot line of spells share the same timer as the spell we get from Splitpaw (something bolt.. DD spell)?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Not that HO's are that important, but half the time I see an HO up it's waiting on the lightening bolt spell and I just cast my Death Rot.  By the time it refreshes there's no point in trying to complete the HO.  I thought by having the Splitpaw spell at hand I would eliminate this, but to my dismay they share the same timer.  I find this a bit odd... and annoying.  One is a DD one is a DOT.</DIV>

<DIV>Yeah, it is pretty lame.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If that spell were on a diff timer than our Rot line, we could cast nonstop from start to finish in an encounter without ever waiting even a second.  As it stands now, my routine has a ~1 sec pause for Lifetap to refresh.  Gets annoying.  But this is only on single targets.  Throw in AOE stuff and we can cast nonstop.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But still, I'd love to see this on a diff timer.  Especially since it scales.</DIV>

<P>At least we have our master nukes to use if fighting those types of mobs, but yea, very annoying to only have one spell to use to start and finish the HO.</P>

<P>I haven't purchased this spell yet, but I did buy the one for my Fury - Bounty of the Virtuous. This spell used to be on it's own timer before the combat update. Once that happened, it was put on the same timer as my other heals. Really disappointing, but it was still better than my other heals in that line at the time. I thought the point of these spells was for them to be on different timers than anything else, similar to the Bloodline spells.</P> <P>I think that is the main reason I haven't even done the required quests to get my SP shard on my necro yet.</P>

That spell is garbage anyway. You are better off using those few seconds casting something else that is more useful before the other spells pop back up.
