wow, can't believe it! hit 50 last and daaaammnnnn....i didn't have a chance ( obviously ) to use pre-nerf lich, but it's pretty [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] sweet right now!....i even sold my poor horsie to get the adept3 ( was going to use the carpet when i get CQ4 done anyways, so not too terrible of a loss, and i figure Lich > All right now ), and wow....it is WICKED! I'm never going to turn it off <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Siphon Life is pretty sweet too - i've been using app1 draw life since i got it, because i couldn't find any app4 or adept ( if they even exist? ), so it was massive upgrade <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />all in all - i'm one very happy necro - just thought i'd share! <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Ya, grats.I'm within sight of 50 (43), and want it pretty damned bad. Saving up a ruby specifically for Lich. I ALWAYS watch the market for deals. Definitely worth it to always watch the rare market. You can sometimes save yourself 10-20g.

<P>I too just dinged 50 within the past several days, and had somebody make me a Adept III Siphon Life, and Adept III Lich.    All I can say is that I'm extremely pleased with the spells.   People might whine and moan about the Lich nerf, but considering the huge boost in damage it is over level 49 and not having it at all, I'll take it with a smile on my face.   Lich originally had NO damage component, so it's still an awesome spell. </P> <P>BTW Siphon Life Adept III is incredible too.   Big (for a necro!)  nuke, and great HP recovery. </P> <P> </P>

About draw life ...  Same situation here, search everywhere.. asked alot of ppl I know.  No one ever saw a drop adept 1 / master 1 from that spell.I did look on both markets for several weeks, but nothing.Got siphon life adept 3 now... so Im not looking anymore :p<div></div>

yeah, i asked sages if they could make me an app3 even, and i never got any response!i'm all tapped out from getting lich adept3, so siphon life adept3 will have to wait ( and prolly will be after i get diseased servant to adept3 - that is my #2 priority ), and be stuck at adept1 for now...what's the stats on Siphon @ adept3? not at my comp, but IIRC, it is hitting for ~640-820, healing for 348 - still pretty spiffy imo!

Gratz on 50, thats a huge hurdle. Yep when the expansion came out Lich was huge, doing 384 dmg every time you landed a successful attack, wow!  They really only cut it in half for damage, imo we were doing way too much damage to begin with so it was coming.  Got siphon life by chance on the broker, master I, and at 60 max int it hits for 1184 with a heal of 474.  Pretty nice, add lich to that too <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  If your a group/raider I would concentrate money and rares to your shadowy stalker/assasin or nightshade if your that far.  And the pet speed buffs <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I almost fainted when i saw that haha - massive chunk of mob xp gone, specially @ 46.So yeah, now Diseased Servant is #1 priority, then I will probably end up following the guidelines in the FAQ for upgrade order - likely either Siphon or Stench after Servant.
