HP pool or HP regen. Which is preferred?

<P>Yeah, this has been debated before. </P> <P>I just recently respec'd and took one power regen and one health regen.  I think the next time I respec I'll take both health regens to best counter lich.  Some argue though that using lich procs will regen you anyway, but if your health is down after a fight it wont' allow you to heal very fast at all unless you drop lich... The problem I then run into is remembering to recast it, hehe.</P>
