Where to find list of all necro spells and descriptions that is accurate?

El Chup's FAQ also has some adept 3 recommendations <a href=http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=30&message.id=11783&jump=true target=_blank>here</a>, as well as a copy of the same document over at the Summoner's Tower <a href=http://eq2.eqsummoners.com/viewtopic.php?t=2215 target=_blank>here</a>.
