<P>I can confirm that it is not 7 times you level at 60.  But I might have an answer why, I was thinking about why it would not cap out at 420 int and maybe it has something to do with prismatics, that +3 to disruption may alter the bonus cap.  I have never tried seeing how much damage I do with over 420 int without a prismatic on, so maybe it is 7 times your level.  But with a prismatic on I have had 430 int and my damage was not capped.</P>
