<DIV>Dof made getting 300+ intel too easy imo.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>At 55 self buffed with 0 fabled items i have around 320 intel self buffed. Once i get a few more pearls itll be around 350 self buffed which seems insane for no fabled items.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have like 3200hp and 4100 power with my current gear at 55 and thats with no +pow/hp traits.</DIV>

Well i know that besides DoF it seemes like theres a lack of high end + int equipment for mage's. Also it seems like the fog grimm stuff had some of the best stats at the time +int + Sta , havent really seen anything like those yet and im 45 atm. <div></div>

There's a bracer from ToN that has +11 int. It's the highest int bracer I've seen in the game other than fabled.

I'd like to see some more int with stamina as well... I know most mages could give two toots about it and the stamina to hp multiplier is pretty crappy for us but I'd still like to see a little more of it out there. The one stat items of DoF seem a little odd but I guess if you want to concentrate on int or sta or agi or whatever you can, figure if I can get enough int items to hit my cap when vim'd I'll be happy with that.

I've got a few pieces of the 1 stat only junk. It's nice for boosting the low end junk I have (I used to wear a seamist slyph belt) but I won't replace all my gear with it. I find Sta to be too important to my DPS rating to do so.

sergeant tuskin in swiftrider camp in PoF has a nice line of quests which give a +15 int earring, +13 forearm, and another item i think was a +10 int bracelet. this line after like 4 quests moves to another person in the same are and that is when you get the bracelet but the other two are from this guy and all these quests are really easy solo and the earring is the first reward and probably pretty easy to do at 50 or lower even. though some of the quests are crappy rewards i think the earring and the forearm item are from the first two or the first three not sure which but they are all really easy to do. <div></div>

<DIV>Get 6 pearl jewelry made items. ring imbued with sta and int that add 22 per buff. thats 9sta 9wis 10int per pearl item.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Most my armor items have high int and agi/str on them. some have sta also. Everything is lore also more or less. Quested items tend to only have intel on them so i dont even use them.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>alot of the lore drops from named is what you want. it will have good intel/power plus atleast 1 other main stat sometimes 2 or even on some the caster items ive seen.</DIV>

I have come to the realization for Necros that HP are either = in importance to INT or greater for that matter. This especially true when we have Lich on. I know higher INT = more damage but I also feel that more HP means you can be casting for alot longer. Also higher HP means you can more effectively heal your pet and group mates more as well.KD

I lost 20% in the dance, but with lich up all I need to do is cast my other spells while I wait for the lifetaps to return. </P>

I am finding here that out of combat, food counters lich and in combat, lifetapping and our aoe lifetap counters lich.</span><div></div>

Not for me. My high int means my lifetaps hit for more. Which means I get healed for more. Lich doesn't take enough from me per tic for me to worry about dying. Just have to know how to manage the life transfers. <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ __________________</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The amount your lifetap heals for isn't based on your int. It always heals for the same amount so upping your int will only upgrade your damage, not your healing capability. In combat you should be tapping so often that health isn't a problem. Out of combat get some T5 food and lich won't drain your health. I usually carry around two sets of gear. One for when I solo which is all based on hp/sta, and agi/wis. The other set is for when I am in a group and is pure int and power. Also a third set of resist gear for pvping but that isn't needed. I believe that if you are in a group you should just worry about dps. The faster you kill the mobs, the faster are out of combat and get the uber regeneration from your food/drink.</DIV>

<P>I think you're wrong on this one Grimm.</P> <P>I believe he is talking about the siphon life spell, and that one indeed hits and heals for more/less based on int. Should he be talking about the lich heals then I am mistaken, and sorry <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P>
