Armour quest/s at lvl 20 (Freeport)

Been running around for while now..looking for the NPC that 'starts' the cloth-armour quest/s...cannot find him/her? Who and where is it? Lvl 34 Troll Guardian Lvl 20 Erudite Necromancer Runnyeye server. <div></div>

<P>I found the Gloves AQ 1 and the bracer AQ 2 to be good upgrades for a semi twinkied Necro.  The boots however... AQ 3 are not as good as a quested pair I got while doing AQ 1 & 2 in Fallen Gate.  Boots of Malice.  As the FAQ's states... it's prolly not worth doing much past AQ 3 although I do need a decent shoulder piece.  So I will prolly do AQ 4.  I will not do the legs or chest as you can get the same if not better off a broker compared to what you get from the AQ's.  I bought the Robe of Liandrin (sp) for a couple gold and some change, that will keep me until I can get to the EL and get the quested armor from the NPC there... every piece of that gives an INT bonus for a total of +42 INT and a boatload of STA to boot.  The name of that armor escapes me atm but when I remember I will update this post, unless someone beats me to it.</P> <P> </P> <P>Gilron</P> <P>25 Necro Mistmoore</P>
