Grim Embrace

I was wondering, does anyone happen to know what the effect "Grim Embrace" does?  My Grim Terror (adept 1) casts it on the group every now and then and I've never been able to figure out what it does exactly, besides cover people in green gas for a few moments. <div></div>

<DIV>Grim Embrace is an AE Lifetap the Warlock casts.  It's on a 30-45 sec or so recast timer.  It hits the entire encounter for really heavy damage and heals everyone in the group. At lvl 40 with an Adept III Warlock he hits the encounter for 350-400ish and heals the group for over 250hp</DIV>
