Question about a few spells

<DIV>Just a quick question regarding Skin rot and Pestelince blast.. i have been using them but have not really determined what they are doing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have noticed they do not last all that long but remember reading somthing about a proc effect but how long does that last? is skin rot a update to pestelince blast? if so i wouldnt need to use both of them right? they seem to share the same timer and at times if i cast skin rot pestelince says it would not take effect but then i cast again and it goes.. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also can someone point me to a website that contains all our spells with detailed descriptions?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>thanks in advance!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
