<DIV>Why our master 2 heal lines only have an efficiency of 1.6 life healed to our 1 point of life sacrificed, while conjurers adept 1 heal heals 3.1 life to 1 point of power used?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>How in the hell can they even think this is anywhere near balanced? I can understand the transfer life spell having a crappy exchange rate but mend bones should be very efficient.</DIV>

<DIV>It does stink that our pet heal is not only a life transfer spell as well (it'd be nice to be able to heal my pet without hurting myself), but it isn't any better, and in many cases is worse, than our Exchange Life heal.  I don't mind having it cost a little health and, therefore, have a lower power cost...but when it heals so little of the pet's health for so much of mine that just stinks.</DIV>

Before it was our main source of healing our pets now its more like a small regen to be used with our new heal spell. Granted the ratio still needs tweaked but the reason the conj get a better pet heal is that its there only source of healing....least thats my take on it. I hardly even use my pet heal anymore, I use my master 1 assasine with master 2 words of the wicked and adept 3 rending frenzy. On most mobs I can send him in and use exchange life once or twice and the battle is over and we're both at [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] near full hp/mp granted this is at 51 against 55-56 solo/group mobs. If I end up pulling to many to keep the pets health up with exchange thats when I use mend just to tick through between heals. <div></div>

I really don't see a problem.  Then again, I'm using Adept 3 Undying Adherent, pet heal and defensive stance, along with M2 heal.  My recently acquired lifetap is still only at App1, so I do burn through my HP quick if I'm healing the pet a lot...but I'm only doing that if I'm soloing low green Heroics.  Against virtually any solo mob I tackle, I may only need to heal the pet once or twice. We're a [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] powerful class.  What, exactly, is there to complain about? <div></div>

<DIV>Lich really only heals enough to cover lich. It eats up anywheres from 120 - 160ish hps every 6 seconds and heals you with a measily 74 hps. That means you have to cast atleast atleast 3 disease spells every 6 seconds, constantly, all fight along, to gain hps from lich. I'm talking about the Siphon life and cloud line.</DIV>

At 49 I haven't had a problem with maintaining health while I use both heals constantly. You really just have to constantly cast life tap/AOE lifetap if you can. Also, never neglect casting convulse when fighting anything that won't die in a couple seconds...the less the mob hits your pet, the less health you have to use to heal him. <div></div>

<P>At level 47 I'm not really having any problems. Sure we don't heal like we used to but neither do conjurors. Last night I was grouped with a level 50 conjuror who was doing the tanking for our group. All through the fight I was tossing my transfer life on his pet to help with the heals. (and I was actually healing for about 70 more hps per heal than he was) </P> <P>Every time I cast it, it would take a nice chunk out of my health, a couple of lifetaps later and my health was maxxed out again. It's just a give and take system now. If you expend X amount of health, you need to start casting one of our spells that replenish it or just watch your health drop and regen it after battle.</P> <P>We're not "imbalanced" we just cast spells differently than conjurors. I now look at my health pool as being just another power pool. Admittedly it's a pool that if drained too far can get me killed but... eh, if I'm doing things right I'm not getting hit anyway. </P>

Managing ones life force, converting it into power, draining a victom of life to rebalance.   Sounds more like a necromancer to me.   We can ghetto heal others as well as our pet. I enjoy the whole HP/Power balance and I'm glad its back (sort of).  We are necromancers (only in pink robes  <span>:smileysad:</span>).  Get into it.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
