Are some of our spells missing from the Sage Books?

<DIV>my understanding is that the 51-60 spells that are not upgrades to prior spells are not in the normal sage books.  Instead the adept 3 recipes for those spells are mob dropped ("ancient teachings of control undeath" for example would be the recipe for control undeath).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Necromantic symbol should be in the books (it is not and this is a bug I think).  The other two should be mob dropped.  Interesting thing though is I have a couple of the ancient teachings up for sale, but I can't figure out how to search for them on the broker.  I tried searching for ancient, teachings, and lots of other things.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  I bet there are lots for sale, but you just can't see them...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Greatscott</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

This has been /bugged by a lot of people already. Quite a few other classes have new lev 1-50 spells missing from the books also. A dev said today on the Sage forum that he'd look into the problem. The other 2 spells are now granted at higher levels, not lev 50. The lev 50 thing was just for testing in beta. So don't worry about them for now.</span><div></div>

Test patch notes today include a bunch of our spells being added to sage recipe books. <div></div>

<P>Not only are they not in the recipe books so far but they dont drop as adept 1's also.</P> <P>Life Draw is one of these.</P>

<P>Drawing of Souls, Consumption, and our 3rd "special" (control undead?) spell will never be found in the sage books.</P> <P>They are obtained by gaining a dropped adept 1, or finding one of the new scroll drops with a single Ad3 spell and the crafter who can make it listed on the scroll.</P> <P>If they do not get these, they cannot make the spell for you.  </P> <P>The new ones however if not dropped for you, can be bought by sages with ally status with any of the 3 main factions in Maj Dul.</P> <P>Drawing of Souls at 52 is the first one of these.</P> <p>Message Edited by KBern on <span class=date_text>09-23-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:42 AM</span>

<P>You can either find the adept 1 drop to scribe or give that adept 3 scroll to a sage to mem so they can make the spell for you.</P> <P>The adept 3 scrolls for our spells do us no good personally unless a mage mems it to make your spell adept 3 ONCE you find the rare to have the ink made.</P>
