So far it seems we aren't going to get a % increase on our healing spells to compensate our pets reduced mitigation so how about this instead:

Allow the summoner pet heal Soothe Servant to be on a seperate timer than the necro pet healing line. This of course will be balenced by the increased power cost for having to cast 2 spells. Where before Necro's had "unlimited" power using the pet as a mana battery, now pre-litch we run the risk of lossing power like any other mage when our pet is tanking making power loss for healing a fair trade off of real risk. Of course in the upper lvls this idea will be of little help but for the lower lvls the extra heal could go a long way.

Anyhow what do the rest of you think?

Dont know your lvl but at 50 I use Transfer life and Necromantic mending to keep pet up. Have np so far. Maybe this will help. You can always lifetap your hp back with siphon.

Well SOE actually threw necros a bone regarding pet mitigation. The pet will now mitigate damage on mobs that con up to blue con. It would've been better it they would've atleast made it mitigate up to white con. Yellow con would've been really nice. A yellow in Sinking Sands can put a hurting on the pet because of no mitigation over blue con. I rarely try to fight anything over Yellow even if it could mitigate over that. Hopefully, they'll be generous and throw us another bone and let pets mitigate up to atleast white con.

Message Edited by Suraklin on 09-19-2005 11:08 PM

Well I am taking out lvl 52 ^^ at lvl 50 with the tank pet, he almost dies so I just recast him and re buff. Takes less time doing that than healing him.
Message Edited by ablepharous on 09-20-2005 10:03 AM
