<DIV>I logged in for the first time since LU#13 this evening and after dealing with the respec, I reorganized my hotkeys and then went in search of the App 2's for some of the new spells that resulted from the Combat Changes.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So far I am unable to find an NPC vendor in Freeport that sells app2's for:</DIV> <UL> <LI>Rock Blast</LI> <LI>Rotten Blast</LI> <LI>Clinging Darkness</LI></UL> <P>I checked the vendors that usually carry the spells for the level ranges these fall in, but they don't have them, that I could tell. They did have some of the new spells, like Lifetap, though. Is there a special merchant for these spells? I understand that the high level (post 50) app2 spells are in Maj'Dul, but I expected that these low-level spells would be sold on the existing vendors. Are these upgrades tradeskill or mob-drop only?
