how do i get new spells

<DIV>just got to 51 first necro on neriak. and i went to the golden sceptre and i saw a bunch of necro spells there but not my level 51 spell? so how do i get it? i know faction is not in the carsd beacuse all my other spells are there</DIV>

First off grats on 51 <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Your spells should be available from the faction guys and/or sages, in beta I was beta buffed to 60 and got all the spells right off the bat to help test raid content so i can't say for sure where to get them. Also the control undeath spell I noticed was changed to 55 last I checked. I got it for my beta 50 temp toon and noticed the change late in the beta. <div></div>

Just found this today using the dev tracker cut and pasted word for word from one of the dev's.... "The update adds the missing 30-40 spells.  Only a few of 51-60 apprentice 2's show up in the Golden Scepter (4 per subclass).  To get access to all the app 2's you need to gain access to one of the Courts." Hey i cant even find those low level spells, the rune ones... Im a level 34 Necro whit alot of new AppI spells... Yeah Haw!!
