They changed the level of Bludgeoning Earth to level 10 and renamed it. The new Bludgeoning Earth is an all-new spell.

More importantly, a lvl 17 spell is much  more useful (when at that lvl range and when mentoring...) than a lvl 10 spell.</span><div></div>

Like I said, that's what they did. They took the original Bludgeoning Earth, renamed it, and made it a level 10 spell. Probably would have been wiser to leave it level 17, and just make Pelting Earth the all-new spell. But what can you do?

Well the good news is, it wont be hard to upgrade it to ad3 again!!  The harvested rares are much more common, so dont feel too bad (unless you had a broker full of rubies for sale for 2pp that are going down in price fast heh)

<P>I /bugged this too.   I had Adept III Bludgeoning Earth as well, and it ended up as an Apprentice 1.   Only plus-side for me is that at 33, it was just turning green and now with the new spell-con system, it greyed out or will in the next level.   I feel sorry for lower-level necroes that rely on this spell as their primary DOT. </P> <P>             Salsa Picante, Mistmoore - Soul Harvest</P>
