<DIV>I tried finding out in the testboards, but devs dont reply and it seems everyone has its own opinion.</DIV> <DIV>We have valuable contributors here whom are sure to know and will answer i said to myself <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So here goes:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know all of our traits n stuff will be reset when we log in and we have to choose the new traits and MasterII spells.</DIV> <DIV>Is THAT our respec? Or will we be able to do one /respec at any given time after this. (as it was with the chars pre-february?)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any explanations will be eagerly awaited <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>TIA</DIV>

honestly, i dunno...  I would think that the reset would be the /respec, but maybe not.

<P>I havent seen it officially posted anywhere but I have a feeling that when you log in for the first time after LU13, it will have automatically /respec'd you.  This is because all the training options we have now will be gone.</P> <P>  I do not think we will get an opportunity to /respec after this initial reset because in the past they only gave /respsecs becuase the ambiguity of the training options.  Now you can see exactly what you will get with the options before you choose, so I dont think they will give you a second try.</P>

<DIV>I don't think anyone knows for sure.  Heck, it wasn't until last week that Test got to re-choose  their triaits.  Then it was just as Eirgorn stated and we had Green + after Green + that we had to go through.  Now, I imagine you could wait for a little while and be able to continue with them stacked up down there, but I'm not sure anyone knows for sure.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>What do people think of us choosing Agility increases instead of Intelligence or power regen during the respec.  Since we lose Parry, we're going to get hit a lot more than we are currently.  Just wondering if anyone in beta or high test levels has experimented with Agility gear and how much it really helps us, if any.</DIV>

<P>I think that depends on what they decide to do with the hard stat caps.  I think on Beta, the hard cap for INT at lvl 50 is 350 <EDIT from 270>.  Put yourself in a balanced group or a dps group on a raid and you can get more than 350 easily.</P> <P>So I think it would be very reasonable to start looking into secondary attributes more eagerly if the cap stays where it is.  AGI for avoidance, and maybe more importantly STA for the large health pool to draw on for lich and pet heals.</P> <P>Now the power pool/regen health pool/regen options have me thinkin too.  I think the in combat power regen cap is pretty easily reached with lich ad3, and Im not sure if this extra regen will stack with it or not.  With our increased efficiency, Im not so sure extra power is necessary (which is how Ive been using those options thus far) and I am eyeballing that increase hp regen.  But, I dont have my mind made up on any of it yet.</P> <P>Heck now that master strikes do over 1k damage now, I know Im going to have a time figuring out which of those I want now.  I respecd when Splitpaw came out to gnoll mastery, but now those Rujarkian Orks look like they need a blastin!</P> <P>Well, I welcome everyone else's input on these options and will reply back if I can think of anything else.</P> <P>Thanks,</P> <p>Message Edited by Eirgorn on <span class=date_text>09-12-2005</span> <span class=time_text>09:40 AM</span>

<DIV>I just leveled my Assassin and had the option of character traits.  Since I know a respec is coming, I chose the health regen (its only out of combat) over agility simply to see what it does. I would never do that otherwise. Its not a worthwhile ability as it is (like the water breathing trait) 3 minutes long but on a 10 minute timer.  I recomend selecting the permanent traits from what I've seen.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>thanks for the input guys.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I find it unacceptable that we would not get a respec to use at our own convenience, but I understand why the "forced" reset is necesary. When we login in a few hours, all the traits n stuff will be gone, and they can only do that with a forced respec.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know that Moorguard promised everyone a /respec after LU13. But that was a long while ago, and no one wondered if it would be forced our not.</DIV> <DIV>Looking at his statement "<U>After"</U> LU13 I'd think we have another one, BUT this promise was made long before there was any sign of a forced one.</DIV>

<font size="2">I believe Moorgard posted on another thread that there will be one more respec after the forced one when we first log in. Oh and the cap is 7 X lvl I believe. So like another posted above at lvl 50 the cap is 350. </font><div></div>

Add the skills at your pleasure...they will be down there waiting.

<DIV>It may not have been one of the two usual suspects that said there was gonna be another /respec after the forced one... I'd have to look it up but I read it just a couple days ago.  It was a red name, that's the best I can give you right this second.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Edit:  Here's the quote:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> <HR> </DIV> <P>Keep in mind that you won't get unlimited respec options like we've been offering on beta. Your advancement choices will be reset when you log in after tomorrow's update, and we will likely offer a /respec after that. But you won't be able to switch your choices an unlimited number of times.</P> <P>===========================<BR>Steve Danuser, a.k.a.
