<DIV>Hello! I'm Lv50 necro that just came back during the 7-day trial and have subscribed after it expired since I am able to join a great raiding guild and the incoming expansion's combat revamp.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm always having fun spamming Siphon Life and Skinrot during raids since I'm able to land them unresisted often thanks to Grisly Mark's and Stench of the Grave's resist debuffs. I've been searching forums for nec's new spell changes from beta and saw pics in some posts that our DoTs' dps are increased but lost their resist debuffs. <P>Well the person saying pets are a crutch is still in the eq1 mindset where the pet was really just a speed bump for mobs.  They added "some" dps but the necro WAS the damage dealer.  In eq 2 they are a viable part of our damage and utility.</P> <P>As far as us getting the getting the virtual shaft I very much agree, especially since we are one of the last classes to get "fixed".  When beta and test changes first came out I was very excited to see our power grow to where I believe it should be (DPS wise).  Now that the nerf rod has been thrust our way (yet again), and they seem to be trying to compensate our horrid utility with these new anguish spell crappers I'm becoming very frustrated......  I'd preferr pure DPS.</P>

Now if what you say is true, I must say that things may not be as bad as I had read elsewhere on these boards yet I voiced my opinion on them and won't put up with all your crap along with many others if it's all just for dopes like you.  I unlike you fanboi's NEVER whined about other classes being better and needing to be nerfed to make me happy "or me and my whole family will quit" in EMAILS to devs, I never b with an itched about anything that were and are still problems, like all the endless glitches that NEEDED to be fixed first, instead of focusing on making the game for elitists and almost nothing but groups.   All will be seen when changes happen and after this I look forward to SOME of these things (some I already knew about), but unlike a fanboi I DO NOT feel I have to lick the other fanboi's toes in fear of your stupid retorts and snob attitudes, and I will fight some of the things we are losing or even MAY be losing down to the wire, instead of just blind acceptance and arsekissing.</span><div></div>

<DIV>So now that debuffed resists effect spell damage...does our Sta/Wisdom drain hurt their resists much? I asked this once before in another post but, at the time, apparently resist debuffs weren't working so I was told it wasn't noticeable (go figure).  Perhaps combined with necromantic symbol our debuffing might not be as good, but decent with the bonus of debuffing all resists due to the wisdom loss.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Dastion84 on <span class=date_text>09-11-2005</span> <span class=time_text>08:57 PM</span>
