no, that's not bad.  if what it says is actually accurate, then with a 4000 power pool you get 40 mana/tick.  that is more than insight master 1.

It does do that much damage or heal you for nearly that much, ad III hits for around 300 (with like 300 int) and heals for 74

currently on live server master lich is 2% instead of adp3 1% only change so 2% of your total power it's not bad in combat regen so 3000 power would be 60 power per 6 seconds in good caster heavy group for raids 4k power puts ya at 80 per 6 seconds plus crack <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> your doing over 100 np
