Kiting at lvl 26 - gear (dolls and wand) - spells (adepts and Master) and ....

<div></div><p>Hallo all.</p><p>Firs of all I want to tell that I red many posts about kiting, but didn’t find much about kiting at low lvl. I need it because I want to go now in SP.</p><p>Have few questions, but first my gear and spells.</p><p>Dolls: (they are yellow to me)</p><p>+10 agi</p><p>+10 str </p><p>Spells:</p><p>MASTER I (Earthly Brand, Grisly Mark and Mark of Miasmic)</p><p>ADEPT III ( Boon of Lifeless, Undying Adherent, Swarm of Rats, Bludgeoning Earth, Essence Shift, Soothe Servant, Dust Blast)</p><p>ADEPT I (all other spells)</p><p>I have good equipment, basically I try to find equipment that will max my Int. So my int now (with buffs) is 140. </p><p>Still I miss a wand, and that is my first question. What kind of wand I am looking for my current lvl, and what wand will I need when I reach lvl 30? </p><p>When I reach lvl 30 I will also make new +11 dolls.</p><p>And second question is Kiting tactics at lvl 26. Can you suggest something? </p><p>Thank you in advance!! </p><p>PS: Third question! Did I make some mistake (regarding dolls)?</p><div></div>

<div></div>you are probably going to need the level 10 training option that is a snare, telamina's something that would slow it down enough to kite in addition to your doll just gotta make sure both stay on it or you might have to sprint to get ahead then cast. for wands T3-fir, T4-oak, T5-cedar for the rare wands for common i dunno off the top of my head but is VERY possible without a wand if you have both snares, i personally don't have a wand and i do it just fine with it 60% snared it is easy to keep up dot(the one with snare component), rats, and still nuke a bit in between that.  have fun kiting also the best way imo to learn to kite is try on solo mobs first and make sure you don't get hit  and you have an idea what it takes to cast your spells and keep snares up etc. then move on to the heroics where it gets more dangerous if they catch up with you. also another thing i forget to mention, don't waste your money on a rare AGI doll the common will snare just fine. <div></div><p>Message Edited by quamdar on <span class=date_text>09-06-2005</span> <span class=time_text>12:10 AM</span>

I was lost hope that someone will answer to this post.I wrote this post because I couldn't find the technique for Kiting at lvl 26.<a href="../view_profile?user.id=93716" target="top"><span>quamdar</span></a>The training option I have right now is Opal, so snare option is not an option.Regarding dolls, I find rares for very good price, and that is main reason I made them.<a target="_blank" href="../view_profile?user.id=190620"><span>lancekortesoja</span></a>Thanks for the tip about poison wand, but I already made disease one. But will make poison at lvl 30 <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />And yeah I have some money, but that involved hard crafting. I am Sage and you can make money with this class.thanks once again<div></div>

I wouldn't get to caught up in kiting in the future.  From what I hear we are going to be losing all of our snare training options, so enjoy it while you can.  It just pains me to see it go this way.  I went from level 48 to level 49 solo kiting level 49 heroics in EF in one day with no vitality.  For people that have perfected kiting, like myself, we hardly ever get hit and can fly through levels like it was nothing.

someone said they were giving us a new spell line that was a snare/dot so hopefully we still end up getting that cause i would love to be able to kite still.  have never heard anything about snare %, duration of the snare, recast time of the spell, or cast time of the spell. <div></div>

disease and posion are about the same thing stick around those lines (I bought a flame one before how stupid could i get??!!?) Don't get ice or flame most monsters are immued to it magic is fine BUT you still have a debuff posion/disease (untill update) <div></div>
