Any T4 spells movin to T5?

<DIV>I noticed a number of our spells movin around with the combat changes. Are there any T4 spells moving to T5? I am asking cause it would be smart to upgrade them at the price of a t4 rare ahead of time. Also, does anyone know if we will need a T6 rare in the future for a lvl 50 adept3?</DIV>

Tier 5 rare will continue to be for level 50. And no, no spells are changing tiers. Levels perhaps, but not tiers.
