After searching the forums and not finding any really useful info, I was just wondering what you all think I should choose for the level 20 training option. I would like an option that will still be useful in a few levels time.

Thanks for your opinions in advance.

Well, whatever you choose, it will be gone in mid September with the combat revamp. All of the training spells are being removed. They are adding spell upgrades to a Master 2 level instead on 1 of 4 choices. So, if I were you I would pick the Hero and abuse him for the couple levels you'll have him. Try to get to 24 by Sept 12th (I think that's the go live date for the combat revamp) and then Undying Adherent will take over from there. Try to get an Adept I spell for UA as well so you'll be prepared when the Hero goes away.

There are several threads about the combat revamp in the necro forum and several in the main forums about all of the changes in general. Also we have the expected list of the new training spells after the change so you can start thinking about it early.

There is a very useful thread stickied to the top by El Chup called Necro FAQ. But, due to the pending combat revamp, alot of this information is apt to change.

It has been posted by mods that the training options are being redone in the revamp, and replaced by master 2's of which you get to choose one out of 4 each 10th level.

Also, everyone will get a /respec when the revamp hits on sept 13th, so you can pretty much go with anything for the time being, as it will all change.

I personally would suggest using the crap out of the Fallen Hero (think the option is called Tellurian Hero) and then change to whatever you want later.

Hope this helps,
