you get an upgrade at 39.6 and probably one at 53.6 probably so you won't use it for too long unless you level slow and plan on staying under 39 for a while still otherwise i would pass and just upgrade the higher level one. <div></div>

Thank you for the answer. I am lvl slow (lol) and I have now Adept III UA and Swarm of rats. I like to have good spells because I don't want to stay behind when I am in group. Also I like to solo, so spell upgrade is a must. I don't want to rush through levels. And what is very important to me is to be able to menthor well. Please if anyone have to add something about spell itselfe, I would be very gratefull. Best regards. <div></div>

honestly i think it will be better post revamp, the mob loses HP and resists with it's loss of STA and WIS and we gain HP and resists since the stats are given to us.  the power drain even on horrific mark master 1 is only 26 every 4.2 seconds and after revamp it reduces stats by 43 at adept 3 where as master 1 on live decreases stats by 31. <div></div>

on test atm, 16 wisdom = + 40ish to all resists.

Thank you very much for answers. I buy it few days ago for 75 g  and I am very satisfied!! My first use was against general Drull in BSV. It was amaizing. I casted Bludgeoning Earth (adept III) than Swarm of Rats (also adept III) and than Grisly Mark (Master I) and his power went down in few sec. I am really very happy that I buy that spell. <P>The best of the power drains was the lvl 30 training option.  I'm surprised by how many people snubbed it.  I never used it for the drain itself (that was a bonus) I used it for the proc.  In a good group I could get that thing to proc once every 2 or 3 seconds, for 45 to 65 dmg.   It had a count down timer of 1 min.  Until the mobs were over lvl 45, it was easily my best dot. </P>
