lvl 26 gnome necro tradition help

<font size="4">Hi I am having some trouble deciding what to pick for my gnome tradition at lvl 26 any advice what help greatly It seems the obvious choices are Increase intelligence by 5 Increase Max power Pool by 3% Increase out of combat power regeneration and agilty by 2 Increase Disease resistance by 3% Increase Fire Resistance by 3% I can also choose a ability which gives me a fire proc, I was wondering if I can cast this on the pet, and if so does it stack with agitation and boon of the lifeless? Also does the damage scale well on the proc? Or scale at all? any advice would be greatly appreciated. </font><div></div>

the proc is worthless.  its self only.  and the damage is stupidly low. <div></div>
