Dark Heart Adept 3?

<DIV>Does anyone have any info about the effectivness of Dark Heart at adept 3 quality - I was thinking of upgrading from app 4 to help out the main tank in guild raids a bit more, but I am unsure if the upgrade will provide a reasonable increase in the power regen that the bauble dishes out....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So if anyone knows the stats for the adept 3 version could you let me know? <P>Before upgrading, I'd wait until the update next month.  They are taking away some of the other classes ability to get power, so I'd assume that will make this spell all the more usefull, but nontheless, I'd rather wait and see before burning a rare or dropping a LOT of cash.</P> <P> </P>
