I need some advice on a T2 adept 3 spell

I need to know which one I should get if any. I have the adept 3 pet (had it since lvl 11 I love finding cheap rares on the broker). I am lvl 14 now and I really don't know too much about the combate aspect of the game, I have been crafting too much. It is about my 3 or 4 week playing and I only have about 2 hours a night. Anyways, Should I update my pet buff or pet heal. I don't want to update on that isn't going to be usefull for a long time, if neither of them will be any good after lvl 20 or so I would much rather make a tellurian adept 3 with my rare and sell it for the GOLD (ahh gold the love of my life, untill I can taste  my first platinum) btw all my spells are at app 4 I don't know if that makes a difference but I thought you should know.
