Level 20 Necromancer Training* Xelha's Fallen Hero - An advanced form of Tellurian Recruit. As a bonus to Tellurian Recruit it summons a new undead minion with unique special attacks.* Opal's Aggravating Seal - An advanced form of Agitation. As a bonus to Agitation it increases maximum health and damage capability of the minion.* Mheno's Desecration - An advanced form of Bludgeoning Earth. As a bonus to Bludgeoning Earth it deals disease damage instead of magic damage and decreases noxious mitigation.* Thuzin's Shifting Effusion - An advanced form of Essence Shift. As a bonus to Essence Shift it has better health to power conversion ratio and minorly increases minion damage capabilities.Looking for some advise on spell choice for my level 20 training. Xelha's Fallen Hero (Tellurian Rook) seems the obvious choice. However I was lucky to find a tellurian recuit master spell at my lower levels and I already have a jasper/adept3 saved up for the level 24 zombie tank pet (undying adherant). The Opal's Aggreavating Seal spell sounds interesting. Does it stack with agitation and boon of the lifeless? Will an adept III Undying adherant w/Opal's aggravating Seal be as good a tank as the undead hero?Right now I think I will take the pet adept II for my level 20 spell, then do a /respec next month when they put in the combat update.

all training options that say "advanced form of ..." are replacements for those spells and therefore do not stack.

I am not sure exactly how the stacking of Agitation and agrivating seal works. I took the lvl 20 training Opal Agrivating Seal and although only lvl 22 can still solo Blue ^^ Mobs fairly easily, inlcuding named Blue ^^ (lady ???? from AQ1). I was able to do the whole of AQ1 solo (but I did find 2 Silver Clusters and have Soothe Servant and Bludgeoning Earth ad Adept3). I beleive that I am getting the best of both spells when they are on my pet, my pet procs as though he is using Agr Seal but still heals 27 every 10 Seconds (Agitation) instead of 55 every 50 (Agriv Seal), although I haven't parsed the info properly yet I believe this to be the case.

IMO there is no wrong choice in regards to training spells, take the option that you feel will maximise your play style. Each have their own benifit. These are bonus spells and what ever you take will no have detrimental effects on the game. Thats the way i look at it.

Message Edited by Ghoulies on 08-04-2005 06:03 PM
