Question about rares

<DIV>In the FAQ it states that when I get a rare, that I should if in this lvl upgrade a certain spell, my question is I have havested rares, and checked the EQtraders for a recipe list and cant find where it says adept upgrade components, and I can only find Apperintice II lists, so if I can upgrade my spells, how do I do this? I harvested items like glowing flower and such, or perhaps I dont have the rare the FAQ is talking about, so could someone clarify this for a n00b such as myself? Can adept I's be made? Or even master I's for that matter?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>BTW I'm a lvl 23 necro</DIV>

<P>The flowers and stones are for extracts, they can not be used for spells. They are used to imbue weapons and armor and make hex dolls.</P> <P>The rares you need for spells, I believe are Coral (teir 2), Jasper (tier 3), Ruthelium (tier 4), and Ruby (tier 5). </P> <P>The rares will make Adept 3 spells. master spells are dropped and can not be crafted</P>

App 2 = store bought App 3 and 4 = player crafted, anyone can make spells level 1-9 for you, 10-19 you have to be a scholar, 20-50 you have to be a sage Adept 1 = dropped by mobs or bought of broker Adept 2 = specialized training at lvls 10,20,30,40 Adept 3 = player crafted with a rare stone Master 1 = dropped from mobs in metal chests, pretty rare Hope this helps. <div></div>

What nodes are these mostly harvested from? The glowing ones on the ground or from a tree node, or a ore node? Perhaps a root one. That info would also be helpful. Thanks guys!
