Respec question

<DIV>Hi there everyone, I had a quick question about respecing.  I had a 28 ranger that I played for a while until I realized that I hated that class and made a necro.  I am level 31 now, and getting ready to out level my FH and tried to respec to get the pet buff for my UA Ad3 (really need it now since I hear that our pet upgrades are broken).  So I type /respec and it says that I cannot respec at this time.  What ticks me off is I have never respeced with any of my characters.  The only time is when SoE forced a respec a long time ago.  Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

The only folks who recieved respec initially was for characters made previously to sometime in February I believe, might have been march.  So unfortunately you are stuck until the combat revamp is out to respec.
