Swarm of rats worth upgrading?

Hi all i'm on the server Neriak and i currently have a lvl 23 necromancer and am loving it I am wondering if i'll be noticing a difference if i was to upgrade the spell to adept as after examining the spell i couldnt determine if it was to be better if i made it to adept I assume it would be but I not being filthy rich want to make sure so i dont go buying the adept to find out it didnt get upgraded! <div></div>

YES..buy atleast app4 if not adept1.. if your poor ya can always trade resources to a tier appropriate sage to make one for ya..if ya craft at all they need chems.paper.quills.. if ya don't craft maybe ya can find a friend who needs materials and trade what they make ya to your local sage? barter barter barter..there is always a way if your willing to help others along them way and not be selfish...just how i've done it...

Thanks I kinda figured that was teh response I would get I just wanted to make sure since it didnt specify the stats of the rats or anything like that <div></div>
