Is it true that necro pets have no dmg, hp/mitigation etc difference from app1 to adept 3/master?

ive just started to read these forums and from what ive read there is absolutly no difference in pets (besides visual) from app 1 - master 1.. is this true? i never tested cause i always had the adept 3 ready when i dinged a new pet.. Can anyone provide me with any forum posts or resources concerning this? <div></div>

since last patch, there is no difference from app1 to master1 since they removed the down arrow.  there won't be a difference until they add combat changes.
