Typical mage really, I want to save all of my money for that new Adept 3 spell and a T4 hex doll but all of my armour is looking a bit blue-green manky now that I've hit level 30.

Does anyone know of quests that give lvl 30 very light armour as their reward? Any help in saving me money for more (better) spells would be greaty appreciated, Many thanks in advance.

I'd look into starting the EL quest paths. They are pretty easy and the one of the later rewards is a pretty nice robe:

I think there are a couple other items in the quest line you can use as well, plus the mobs you will be killing sometimes have VLA chest drops. I will look some more into it and post some of the other rewards later today if work is slow :smileywink:

Eirgorn

Yup, that'd do it.

I see now, had resorted to looking through the OGaming website for quests but missed / ignored this chain because the robe seems to be 12 or so quests in. Still it'll be nice to get a break from Stiletto, Hadden, Axe From The Bloody-Harvesting Past (may not be actual quest name) and, for some reason, A Missing Mask (I'm a dark elf already).

Honestly, its buisy buisy buisy these days. Thanks for the poke in the right direction. Anyone want to point out any other questable robes around lvl 30 I'd be most appreciative

Think I found a couple other robe options that have less pre-req quests.

This one is an easy one to obtain in Zek, and only has one other quest pre req and it also opens up the Feerrott tour quest.

The quest info is here: http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/AParadiseDreamWorld.php

Another robe for level 32 is in RE, and requires you kill 200 gobos (which should get you close to the level needed to use it hehe)

Info on the quest is here: http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/GoblinRampage.php

Here is a link to some of the Fog Grinnin items that drop of some of the trash mobs in EL. They all have decent INT and Power:

http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/layouts/items_results.php?na=1&item_name=fog%20grinnin

Finally, I would do all the Augur quests to get your jewelry slots polished off, if you havent all ready. They are all pretty good and the quests are relatively easy. Some of the collection quest rewards are better though, and the shards for the bracelets can be purchased for next to nothing. I think the bracelets are all usable at lvl *4, so when you hit 34 get the shiny ones, then upgrade to the glowing at 44. The pristine should be usable for you now.

http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/layouts/items_results.php?na=1&item_name=augur

All the links and pics are from Ogaming.

If I think of anything else I'll post.

Thanks,

Eirgorn

Something Else that I have found is that money has started flowing in much easier once starting to fight in EL and Zek. 10 gold in a night, not counting spell books is not uncommon for me. Lot's of relatively easy quests in EL including one for a 10 slot bag. One thing that helped me was a friend gave me all of the leafs from the leaf collection from Ferrot for the 30 slot bag. That makes running out of space much less of an issue.
