I have a very noob question. Well, its more a make sure kind of question. When we cast our debuffs on mobs (raid or heroic) they stay only as long as the spell shows in our maintained window ? Example: I cast Death's Coil. It debuffs STR and AGI by 35 and it shows in maintained spells window for 24 seconds while the DOT is active. After those 24 sec, Is the debuff removed so that the mob's STR and AGI returns to normal or it stays lowered till it dies ?
