Rats Vs Dogs

<DIV>I have the Adept III version of Swarm of the Rats.  When I become a 30 level necromancer I am thinking about getting the train option for the dogs.  I have heard dogs are somewhat stronger in hps and damage output  vs the adept I swarm of the rats.  How are the dogs vs the adept III swarm of the rats?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thank you for any help.</DIV>
