Well starting with 29 I soloed vs the orcs in zek.  I started with the ones near the entrance and then worked my way up to the ones at the trents where the cooks spawn.  Then at lvl 34 I graduated up to soloing nightbloods in el.  This is good xp up untill 38.5 where you will get your rotting thrall and be able to progress up to either rv soloing or ferrot soloing.  When grouping at lvl 29-35 I usually went into rv or the tombs of the night instances.  I would recommend ferrot or ct when grouping 36+.  From lvl 6-10 i soloed crabs in the sunken city, and 10-13 were vs the skeletal orcs in cl.  At 13 i graduated up the the orc pawn groups of 2 ^ s (the lvl 12 ones untill 14 and then the 13s after that) and that took me all the way to 16.  At 16 i soloed fs the fallen orc leutinants which took me to 18.  I then did my necro quest and proceeded to solo vs the Cavalier ^^s in Val'marr.  Got to 21 on those. From 21-29 i solo/grouped in varsoon. <div></div>

There is so much solo content now (and so much less group content) that my experience in those levels wouldn't do you any good.  But after around 34 I went where ever there was a decent concentration of ^^greens and a decent spot to kite.
