<P>that would be from the tartonss wheel quest: You can get it in the TS docks, by inspecting a chest in the room with the sage. (take the bridge/path up from the feerot bell)</P> <P> </P> <P>There is a full walktrough in the quest section of this forum</P>

Here is how:                                                                 <SPAN>Head to the Thundering Steppes docks, and head up the stairs by the Feerrot bell to a little hut, there is a trunk in that house, when you examine it you receive a book, "Tarton's Wheel", when you read all the pages the quest is offered.</SPAN></P> <P><SPAN>These days alot of people are getting the item. <P>Found this in the walk through.</P> <P> </P> <P><SPAN>The quest starts by buying an "emerald gem" from merchant Dondl Fizzlecutter in Baubleshire, there is also a similar vendor in FP if you are evil, I will get the name for you later (seen the item on my alt). The name of the Merchant is Merchant Vlepo in Temple Street Located at 55.47, 3, 64.11 (Thank you Renardak of Permafrost server for the location!  Wooohooo my first cross-server tell!)  The gem doesn't really do anything, but it enables you to examine the object to get the quest.</SPAN></P> <DIV> Need the gem before you can examine the chest.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Dimut</DIV>

NM not nerfed, I was selecting the wrong dang chest.  The gem makes the chest next to the one with the skele's unlockable.  I was just selecting the wrong one.
