Aqueous Swarm

Does anyone know if this spell is bugged?  When I cast mine they look like they are just sitting there.  I don't keep track of damage dealt as that is to much spam for me.  Anyone else notice this?<div></div>

I have a tab set up with all damage as well but it is hard to read with all that information.<div></div>
