AoE spells continue casting even when target dies?

<DIV>I have been away from the game for 2 weeks due to moving, and I noticed yesterday that AoE spells now continue their casting even when the target of the spell dies. Thus, it lands on the other member of the encounter.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Have I simply missed the patch note?</DIV>

I'm happy about that change too.  It helped take the sting out of the nerfy bits of LU#24.

Okay I totally missed that line. Thanks for the pointer! Definitely an amazingly useful change.

Yeah, this definitely lessened the pain of LU24, and really upped the usefulness of Deluge.
