ok  well that list is confusing as hell. so let me try to get this all situated. so basicly we get 50 points and each step requires 8 pojnts to advance and to advance fully in 1 path we use nearly all of the points except like 8 or 9 right? also what line does anyone think would best suit a conjurer. and 1 last question, while scanning the last link I saw that nekroes get a kick [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] spell that summons all the dead around them like up to 14 i think to attack something do we get anything of the like in elemental form cause that would kick [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]. almist makes me want to roll a nek lol.<div></div>

I don't quite understand the description of "Arcane Minion".It only works on the fire pet, right? The text says "Your caster pet gains spellcasting and attack haste".The effects say something about increased spell casting time - whats positive about that?...and increased attack speed - I guess thats melee attacks? Is it my bad english or is this spell just crap?It looks like it does all the things I do NOT want my mage pet to do.

I believe they've turned casting time into a skill. The higher the skill, the faster the cast.<div></div>

Oh, I did...I have an Illusionist alt, so I went to the illu boards and checked the AA system.I don't know if this is a joke or if they are trying really hard to get rid of the chanters in EQ2.

It look not interresting theses aa.Only working with a specific pet and not realy realistic.the mage mignon ils almost 2 shoot by a green monter so a damage shied on it look so useless and always run to mele never stay far from the target..I am completely disapointed of theses aa.Only defensive pet look not too bad but so useless in commun use.I prefer the green + compared to theses useless aa.mage aa are only interesting in raid so almost never usable.I don't know how use theses aa for rogue pet. It's pity we can't select from a list points we want to be up for the pet.<div></div>

I guess I will go strength/agility....cause I never use a caster pet....too [Removed for Content] as far as hps go now. At least imo... <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> no flames.  but yeah, the strength and agility has a few things I guess I could use.  I dunno.  I guess I shall see here in a few hours.<div></div>

<blockquote><b>well i hope the byff is really really awsome cause theres nothing quite like raising 14 dead things around u to kick a monsters [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] lol.</b></blockquote>Actually as a necro I'd much rather have the buff spell from the conjurer line. Can you think of a situation where there are enough corpses still around at the time the cast finishes to make the necro spell useful ? I tried and failed. In an encounter of 5 mobs, usually a max of two carry loot. Those corpses without loot disappear way too fast.

<div></div><blockquote><hr>Smeegill wrote:<div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><p>... Raid Guy I am, Mage Pet AA's all the way. ...</p><hr></blockquote>I was thinking the same thing. For me two-boxing a conjurer and necro it looks like I need to decide which will supply the tank and which will supply the mage and then start choosing AA's accordinly. I was hoping to put that decision off until high levels and see which character might be lucky enough to get which Master I pet book.

Hellfire,Did you take those screenshots on Test, or during Beta? Because my AA's do not look like yours.I took some screenshots of mine, cut out all the distracting junk on the sides, but other than that they are unedited.STRENGTH AA's<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img alt="Image hosting by Photobucket" src="http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e167/throvolos/Everquest%202%20Conjuror/Conj_AA_STR.jpg" border="0"></a>DEXTERITY AA's<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img alt="Image hosting by Photobucket" src="http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e167/throvolos/Everquest%202%20Conjuror/Conj_AA_DEX.jpg" border="0"></a>STAMINA AA's<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img alt="Image hosting by Photobucket" src="http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e167/throvolos/Everquest%202%20Conjuror/Conj_AA_STA.jpg" border="0"></a>WISDOM AA's<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img alt="Image hosting by Photobucket" src="http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e167/throvolos/Everquest%202%20Conjuror/Conj_AA_WIS.jpg" border="0"></a>INTELLIGENCE AA's<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img alt="Image hosting by Photobucket" src="http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e167/throvolos/Everquest%202%20Conjuror/Conj_AA_INT.jpg" border="0"></a>

<div></div><div></div><div>Quick questions on "Shockwave", the 1st ability in the STAMINA line...</div><div>(I chose this line to spec in, since I am almost always solo with my trusty earth pet)</div><div> </div><div>1)  This is listed as a "passive" ability, meaning I don't cast it, correct?  I did not see an icon pop up under "spells" or "abilities" when I chose this...</div><div> </div><div>2)  Does this affect the target only, enconuter only, or AoE?  I ask because the description notes "target" and then later on notes "enemies in the area"</div><div>    This is concerning because if it is passive, meaning that it just goes off on its own while the pet is fighting, and if it's AoE (not limited to encounter).....  well, you see my concern... hehe</div><div> </div><div>Thanks <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></div><div> </div><div>PS..  also, is the STA line good for a soloing conjuror?  Of course, if this ability is AoE (outside encounter), then I must re-spec immediately  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />)</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><p>Message Edited by bcc123000 on <span class="date_text">02-28-2006</span><span class="time_text">04:25 PM</span></p>

<div>A nice thing that could help everyone would be to have screenshots (or just the precise stats) of every ability at rank 4 and rank 8. This would give us a very handy way to compare the abilities, and make enlighted choices in our skills. Also, it would show us if getting to rank 8 is worth the investment.</div><div> </div><div>If we all get to it, it is something we can easily pull as a community.</div>
