Pet damage and LU19

Pet damage should be attributed to us, but even if it's not, it's still a group member and thus this won't affect us. (If it does happen, though, it'll be a bug and will be fixed).<div></div>

Yes, all of that damage would be attributed to the caster for the purpose of that code change.<div></div>
