What level do you get the ghost bird spell?

<div>I saw a lvl 51 conjurer today that was shapeshifted into some sort of ghost-like bird.  I was wondering what level you obtain that one.  I've looked online at the conjurer spell list but don't see anything that looks like that.  Anyone here know?  Thanks.</div>
