where is the summoner and Conjurer npc?

In Qeynos, look for a gnome near the mage tower in South Qeynos to start the Summoner quest (you have to go through some nonsense about being a sorcerer and enchanter too, btw). For Conjuror, you need to be at least level 18, but return to the mage tower in South Qeynos. In one of the towers is the quest starter.
