Volatile Haven (Master II) or Transient Haven (Adept III)

<DIV>I was trying to decide what to do in this situation also.  So far I have just waited and kept using the Volatile Haven master 2.  I may keep an eye out for a cheaper Transient Haven master 1 than the 11 PP I saw a couple weeks ago for sale.  That was way too much cash for a spell I would hardly use.</DIV>
