Just bought it for 59G at level 28. It felt like a good buy for me. Just wanted to brag. <div></div>

Waste of 58G, IMO. You coulda bought some rares and made some adept IIIs instead. Hell, Repair Servant Adept III is <I>barely</I> worth the price of a rare, and only after you get everything else that's important to Adept III first.

<DIV>Not bad, depending on what T3 rares cost on your server. Any master under 1p will grab my attention.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I bought Quagmire the other day for 50g. Yeah, I use the spell about once every two weeks, but a master is a master....nothing else to spend money on these days.</DIV>

call it what you want but on my server the adept 3 goes for 90G. I already have every other spell I use adept 3 so I figured it was a good deal. <div></div>

I rarely ever buy my Adept IIIs directly off the broker, I always get the rare and hire a Sage to make the spell for a significant discount.

<P>Congrats mate! I use my heal spells constantly when soloing nameds...the better the heal the easier the battle.</P> <P>Don't let these [Removed for Content] take the fun out of it for you. People just like to gang up and be negative on these forums...for some I think it may be a hobby.</P>

I also think there is a time limit too.Don't get me wrong, I like Master I's as much as the next guy; I bought several for my ratonga necro for extremely low prices (Grim Thulian Master I + Boon of the Lifeless Master I + Withering Affliction Master I + Breath of the Unearthed Master I for just a bit over a plat for all four spells!). I just don't believe Repair Servant Master I was worth 59 gold, especially when it's barely worth getting to Adept III.<p>Message Edited by Xalmat on <span class=date_text>12-09-2005</span> <span class=time_text>08:04 AM</span>
Unless you had the gp to burn....but it doesn;t really matter that much cause you can easily recoop the cost. I throw in pet heals especially when fighting groups of white con, and high blue mobs....I twist the stifles stuns stone(ward) and nukes with the heals.

<div></div>actually i never said i bought the adept 3's from the broker. I did in fact harvest all my jaspers and then gave them to my alchy who made inks with them who then gave them back to my conjuror who made the adepts 3's . And as for having money to spend. before I left eq2 for WoW and now came back, my guardian who is no longer played, got to level 60 in alchemy so it is not all that hard to farm for him and sell his ink's-potions. I just enjoy my conjuror more and can at level 28 take on double group level 34's in EL so yes I like my little heal spell even if I will be replacing it later on. :EDIT: sorrymy typing sucks on a laptop <div></div><p>Message Edited by Mouadieb on <span class=date_text>12-09-2005</span> <span class=time_text>01:00 PM</span>

<div></div>I would agree with the majority here in that master 1 pet heals are not exactly top of my upgrade list however I looted the t6 master 1 pet heal recently and it scales from (ish) 650-750. adept 3 - master 1 Given that the tank pet has about 1,000,000,000 hit points, this makes only a nominal difference at first glance when compared to even the adept 1 heal however it really can be useful when using fire or air pets due to their comparatively minimal health pools. Take frigid winds kiting for example, most people, when they see their pet get into trouble i.e health starts dropping off once pet ward or mob stuns/stifles wear off, they will cast FW to slow the mob , back off pet and load up dots before kiting round, as the pet comes back in , you can slap on a heal and then send back in once your ward or minions intervention is back up. This added health gives you more margin for error where a split second can mean the difference between a timely sacrifice and having nothing to sacrifice. Another example of healing usefulness is for reducing "down time" in between fights. Most of the time , when the mob is nearing death I will use the above tactic and chain heal the pet while kiting and allowing the DOT's to do their work. Obviously if the pet is low its worth sacrificing but if its 33%-66% its not worth the downtime or additional mana to recast. personally I would not go out of my way to purchase the master 1 unless it was horribly cheap but I would definately not underestimate the usefulness of some timely healing. An extra 15% per heal over adept 3 is nothing to scoff at , cumulatively speaking. If you were on adept 1 then its a fairly significant % boost cumulatively speaking and worth having IMHO. <div></div><p>Message Edited by Violat0r on <span class=date_text>12-16-2005</span> <span class=time_text>05:37 AM</span>

truth be told, when i happened to purchase this spell i had only the apprentice 1 so it was a huge jump for me. Since at the time I was not real certain of what I could do, i rairly took things that would hurt my pet enough to need a heal. Since all of my other spells at the time were adept 3 or better I figured why not. Now at 31 all I do is take on epic 35-36^ using pet to hold agro then send in my master 2 fishys and a few DOT's while spaming master heal every time it comes up and even at level 29 I was able to take on level 34^ epic encounters like this. It may be worthless to some but I am very impressed with what i have figured out so far. I can't wait to see what my next pet can do later. Right now I still have 3 more rares in the bank waiting for me to make them into inks that I have gathered while out and still have not decided exactly what adept 3's I want. I have seen the list that is posted and will use it but until then there is only the 32 pet that I have not got sitting in my bank slot that is already adept 3 until level 40+. Anyways thanks for all the responces and advice that has been given so far. <div></div>

<DIV>Epic encounters? Are you sure you don't mean Heroic?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Upgrading heals can make a big difference. I tried soloing the Prophet in Sinking Sands at level 52 and my pet was just dying before my stifle & stun recycled. Upgrading my heal from appIV to Adept 3 made the difference and I was able to solo him. So it can make all the difference... that upgrade wasn't really worth it at the time, but I'm still glad I did it and beat the Prophet... it had become a thing I had to do hehe.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But how often you come across mobs that are just on that edge that the heal upgrade will make all the difference... well it's not often. I too wouldn't have paid 59 gold for the Master mentioned I don't think, but the extra heal will no doubt make a real difference to your play. As with anything, it's a question of how much you really want it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>X</DIV><p>Message Edited by XtremSummons on <span class=date_text>12-17-2005</span> <span class=time_text>02:22 AM</span>

yes your right i meant heroic not epic. I grouped with a guy asking me to help him take on an epic mob and we both died in seconds. <div></div>

All of my T6 spells are Adept 3 (except for a few Masters and Adept 1 Vehement Rock) and I harvested 90% of the rares. Maybe just luck but was finding them every single day.

Well on our server (Lavastorm) dropping rates on conjuror master sucks, so all t6 conj masters are 10p+ here...

Go hit the named mobs in StormHold. Depending on how much time you are willing to spend there and how many folks you are competing with for the Named Mobs (Try 3am 4am, which is also a good time for harvesting in heavily trafficed areas)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My 29 Conj. can solo most of the Named Mobs in Stormhold (Notable Exception would be the named for EBBC Heritage Quest, so I'm not including him in that statement).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have probably found 6 or 7 Repair Servants and Shattered Grounds (each), and a couple Instant Vim's. Now mind you to date these are the 3 Conj masters that I have found down there. And then when you're looking for the next Tier of Spells try Ruins of Varsoon, and then Runnyeye after that. The Masters are dropping in Dungeon's my friend! </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
