Definitely NOT crafted. I believe it's a rare drop in Cazic Thule, though I don't know what drops it.

High Priest Cit Dakon in CT. Not a master drop. Level 48 caster mob with three down arrow friends -- probably the toughest heroic mob in CT. Drops the robe about 25% of the time. <div></div>

thanks for all the information, now i only gotta find where that mob pops, not verry familiar with CT. gotta try duo that mob , anything to take care of? just a caster? that makes it easier for ... on ogaming the mob is listed as lvl 51 <div></div>

When you enter the "inside" of the temple, you'll reach a fork where you can turn right or left.  Left goes to the library, right goes to the torture room, but they both meet up again in the middle.  That middle room, with a raised platform in it, is where the High Priest spawns.  His PHs are the static group that spawns on the raised platform.  I tried to solo him at 58 (he's 4<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> and he beat me like I stole something.  He has 3 down-arrow guards with him, and is a mean caster.  Duoing him should be easy though. <div></div>

i found him allready and got him yesterday to pop 1 time, but with 51(54) conju(mentored, didnt have my 52 pet on adept 3 atm, but problem solved now)+ 51 templar i got him to 50% health befor everything was a little stress with all the wall bugs and so on....so he woooped my a... too hehe so anyway, thanks again to the community <div></div>
