<DIV>Well as you all know that you ahve to be in the water to keep agro on something in the water... if you leave the water agro breaks and encounter returns to his spot full health...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I did a /bug report </DIV> <DIV>But i figure this is something that should be addressed on the forums cause this can cause a unfair advantage for pet classes... Best to just leave it to the bug... or should i post it on the forums? </DIV>

I don't get what the bug is.  Are you saying that pet classes can send their pets into the water and keep the encounter alive?<div></div>

Exploits should never be posted.  That I can answer for you.  If you want to make it known on the boards, send the information in a PM to Blackguard or Moorgard.<div></div>

Well i wouldnt call what this person posted an exploit. Because I noticed it as well. And its connected to getting rid of the flying fish. There are still flying fish in game. But if you attack them you will find they are invulnerable. Now with the swimming MOB's. You run into the problem as a conjurer of having to put yourself into harms way to get the attack down when its a small body of water. Say a pond in game or something like that.It is a bug though. Or at least a broken piece of code that wasnt completly thought through.<div></div>

<DIV>The only bug I've noticed with attacking things in the water is that it doesn't work if the water is too shallow.</DIV> <DIV>For example, I have a quest to kill Large Valetail Trout in EL.  They are in a shallow stream in EL just beyond the wall to the north of the docks near the lashers.</DIV> <DIV>Whenever I attack them the pet gets a couple hits in and the encounter breaks, even though I am in the water.  I tried it on my Templar because he is a dwarf but even he is too tall to get completely under water.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It seems you have to be completely submerged to be able to attack things in water.  I came to this conclusion from fighting in the shallow pond near the farm in RV.</DIV> <DIV>If my head was above water it didn't work, but if I was completely under I could attack things.</DIV>
