Robe at L44? Other armor recommendations?

Get to ally faction with one of the DoF courts and get the robe from them - +8int <div></div>

Crafted robes are worthless, they give agi/str and a regen that's so crappy it couldn't hardly save you from a grey mob <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

for robe i agree with magus on the faction robe, for other armor pieces try doing the quests around the SS docks, a few of them reward + int armor pieces. <div></div>

<DIV>For a long time, I have been using the Ancient Rallocian Gown because it has a +14 int.  It seems that almost everyone has one, and I want to change it simply to be different but any new robes would be a dowgrade in int.  There is only one robe that I have ever seen that has more int and it drops from the Acts of War raid.  There are only 4 of them on the server and I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.</DIV>

Thanks for the info, folks.  Another stupid question:  How does one get "Ancient Rallocian Gown" then?  I don't think I've seen one for sale on the boards - best tends to be the Robe of the Invoker, and like I said that's multi-plat material.  Meanwhile, I keep checking the spawn point for it every time I zone in to Feerrott. Thanks for the suggestion about SS docks quests, too.  Got a pair of boots from one of those that has a very nice Int bonus (can't remember exactly, either +7 or +9 or something).  Can't use them until L47, but they will be an upgrade. <div></div>

<P>The "<STRONG>Anc</STRONG><FONT size=2><STRONG>ient Rallosian Gown,</STRONG>" is a fairly common drop from King Drayek in Drayeks Chamber and instanced zone in Permafrost, it is not a fabled item so it drops from a wood chest and is 16+ int and still one of the better robes in the game outside of "The Robe of Ishva" from Brutal Acts, and Kromtarr Magi's Blouse but you need to be level 57 just to wear that.</FONT></P> <P><FONT size=2>I am not sure how difficult Drayek will be since the combat changes.  I know the dev's have not really touched any old world stuff, except for Darathar and the drakotas, to this point.  So he may be nearly impossible until they update this or you go with a group of level 60's.  </FONT></P> <P><FONT size=2>It is very unfortunate the dev's have not taken the time to revamp old world raid mobs because it leaves a LOT of players and guilds in limbo its basically be level 60 or don't go near the raid mobs...sadly.  Sorry to bring not very promising news.  Best Wishes Mate</FONT></P>

"fixed" the player crafted imbued robes.  I would take a look at one of those.  The new T6 rare robe has 20+ int, plus lambent, its now better than the Rollosian.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-now if only they would put some creativity into these things....another robe that looks exactly the same...except the purple is a slightly different hue =/  </DIV>
