Originally the 3 factions had different rewards, such as tradeskill recipes for certain professions could only be found on 1 of the 3 factions.  I think spells may have been the same.  However, this was later changed so that all 3 factions have all spell upgrades and all the recipes for all crafting professions.  The only differences now are the titles you get (obviously...hehe), the house items you can purchase, the Arena Champions which are sold, and the colors of the faction specific armors are different.<div></div>
