Fire pet nerfed?

How long has fire pet been nerfed? I use to use it for grp buffing of max power and the DoT, but now it doesn't work anymore. What happened to Touch of Ingeii????  Why make this pet that had a semi usefull function now completely useless????? <div></div>

Yea i ran into this problem on a raid, when just 2 days before it was working. I dont remember the day of the raid but it was sometime last week.
