When does our Tell Soldier (lvl 24 pet) stop leveling?

Apprentice 2 stops at 34, Apprentice 3 and 4 stop at level 35, Adept 1 stops at 36, Adept 3 stops at 37, Master 1 (if you're lucky to have it) stops at 38. By stop, I mean that it's the last level it will con white to you.
