Fix drop rates on adpet 1's

<DIV>Anyone know if they are gong to fix the adept 1 drop rates we get tons of the same ones while others never drop. Also whats the deal with level 39 spell vexation it doesnt even have a app2 on the merchant and had a sage look in his books no app3 or adept 3 whats the deal?</DIV>
